Sacred Plant Medicine Apprenticeship 2025 ~ Year One Deposit for Weekend Course

REFUNDS & TUITION POLICY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

TUITION FOR 2025 ~ Tuition for the 9 month Apprenticeship is $2,200 - 2,500 for 19 seven hour classes. Payment plan options starting at $200 per month (after initial class deposit) are available.

NON - REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ~ A $350 deposit is required to register for the apprenticeship and is subtracted from the total tuition. Deposits are always non-refundable. Full payment is due by the first apprenticeship class meeting unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance.

Please make all tuition checks payable to The Gaia School of Healing and send to the address below. Please include with your check the name of the student the tuition is paying for. The student will receive notification of tuition receipt.

PAYMENT PLAN APPLICATION for low income students

Refund Policy ~ Any tuition paid will be refunded (minus the non-refundable deposit) if a student withdraws before April 1st. Half the course tuition (minus deposit) are offered to students who withdraw from the course after April first, and before June 1st. After June 1st the full course tuition is due and refunds are no longer offered if you are unable to complete the course. Those who have withdrawn from the course after June 1st with arranged payment plans are still required to pay the course tuition in full by December 2025 regardless of whether or not they can completed the course.
*** Please read and understand our tuition policies and do not contact us with requests to change them if you need to drop out of class for any reason after the withdrawal deadline. Deposits are also always non-refundable. We must keep the same policy for everyone!

VSAC GRANTS ~ Grants are available for Vermont students through VSAC. If you are applying for a VSAC grant, tuition is $2,200. Those awarded VSAC grants do not need to put down a deposit, but we will need confirmation of the grant award. You will need to hold a deposit still to hold your space in class, but your deposit will be refunded once your VSAC grant tuition is received.
