25 years of Practice in Traditional Herbalism, Sacred Plant Medicine, and Holistic Bodywork. 

Sage L. Maurer has supported hundreds of people on their herbal path over the past two decades. She focuses on combining medicinal plants, bodywork, energy healing, and holistic therapies specific to each person. Through a deep connection to the plants, she brings the medicine of the healing herbs to others in a simple and sacred way.

Working with nourishing, tonifying, and restorative plants, we focus together on strengthening and revitalizing organs, body systems, cells, and tissues. Believing strongly in teaching others how to use and prepare the herbs she recommends for medicine, Sage hopes the power of healing is then put back into the rightful hands of the individual. She has witnessed for decades the transformative power of plant medicine as we relearn to care for ourselves, our families, and our communities.

Focus is placed on each person creating healing herbal self care plans and building strong relationships with the plants used. 

Payment is $75 - $100 per hour of session

Herbal Consultation

• 120 min intake
60 min follow ups •

Sage will recommend a specific combination of herbal medicines that will help bring your body, mind, and soul back into health and strength. Focus is placed on restoring and strengthening organs, tissues, and systems of the body. Herbal consultations begin with a 2 hour intake, and are usually followed by continued herbal consultations, plant spirit medicine, or energy healing sessions. Sliding scale $75 - $100 per hour. Online zoom sessions. Limited in person appointments available in Westminster, Vermont.

Energy Healing & Bodywork with Plants

• 60, 90, or 120 min •

Sage uses gentle body movement, massage, and energy healing along with herbal oils to renew and rebalance the body. Sage will listen to what emerges from the body and soul, calling in plants to support. Deep healing can occur in these sessions. Sliding scale $150 - $200 for 2 hours. Limited in person appointments available in Westminster, Vermont.

Plant Spirit Medicine & Energy Healing Session

• 2 hours •

In these longer healing sessions Sage weaves in ritual and prayer, working with specific plant spirits and guides to bring in need transformation and healing. Recommended for deep healing on all levels of body, mind, and spirit. Plant medicines will be recommended at the end of each healing session. Sliding scale $150 - $200 for 2 hour session. Payment schedule can be arranged. Extra 15 minutes the for beginning check in and closing recommendations. Limited in person appointments available in Westminster, Vermont.

Mentorship Sessions for Advanced Students

• 2 hours •

Sage has been supporting advanced students in creating their own businesses and offerings for many years. In these mentorship sessions she will help guide and prepare each advanced student’s skills and passions in creating their own plant medicine practice. Sage will pull from decades of experience offering plant medicine to her community and creating healing spaces. We will focus on getting clear about your visions for your practice and going through the steps of creating a business that nourishes you deeply. Sage will support you to create unique offerings that are personal to your heart and passions, keeping your fulfillment at the forefront. Students will explore how to create and structure their unique offerings with authenticity and depth. Sessions are done via zoom. Sliding scale and payment schedule can be arranged.
